We have our South African tour in 2 versions, Big and Small!
The Big one - The ride commences in Johannesburg up to Kruger National Park and back, followed by a flight to the "Mother City" of Cape Town where the adventure continues through magnificent wine country and Route 62. The journey back will take us on the famous scenic Garden Route.
The Small one - We begin in Cape Town, the Mother City,
where the adventure starts off through magnificent wine
country and Route 62. The journey back will take us on the
famous scenic Garden Route. We also visit Africa's most
southern tip, Cape Agulhas as well as the Cape Point.

Route itinerary - Big South Africa
Day 1 – Flights to Johannesburg.
Day 2 - Arrive in Johannesburg, transfer to hotel, afternoon visit to Soweto
(SOuth WEstern TOwnship), Early evening Welcome dinner.
Day 3 – Johannesburg -> Hazyview
Collection of our motorcycles and let the adventure begin! After safety check,
we ride north east towards Hazyview. We cruise through the Long Tom Pass.
Partly very straight roads, sometimes lots of curves...
Day 4 – Panorama Route
Magnificent views the entire day! We stop at Gods Window, Berlin Falls,
Bourke’s Potholes and the old gold mining town Pilgrims’ Rest. This is a ride
you have to experience!
Day 5 – Hazyview -> Kruger Park
In the morning we drive towards the great Kruger National Park where lunch awaits
us on arrival.
We leave the motorcycles at the gate and then being transferred to the
Private game lodge.
Later that afternoon we experience our first game drive (safari)...
Dinner will be served at the lodge.
Day 6 – Kruger Park
Rise and shine... they wake us early for the first game drive of the day. A sumptuous
breakfast awaits
our return and the rest of the morning is spent at your leisure. In the
afternoon, it is time for next game
drive after which dinner is served at the lodge.
Day 7 – Kruger Park -> Johannesburg
It's time to leave the bush behind and get back to business capital, Johannesburg where we return the
motorcycles and spend another night at the hotel. En route we cruise through the picturesque town of
Dullstrom. This will be our longest ride, 500 km...
Day 8 – Johannesburg -> Cape Town -> Montagu
The 2 hour morning flight to Cape Town marks the start of the second phase of our adventur
we collect our new motorcycles and cruise up to Paarl, third oldest town in South Africa via Stellenbosch,
renowned for its many wine farms... and later to Montagu, the gateway to the Klein Karoo. Riding from Johannesburg to Cape Town for 1400 km on an almost straight road... not what you want to do on a motorcycle... hence the morning flight...
Day 9 – Montagu -> Oudtshoorn
If you like ostriches, Oudtshoorn is the place... fondly known as the ostrich capital and home to the world famous Cango Caves. We find our hotel at the foot of Swartberg pass...
Day 10 – Oudtshoorn – Jeffrey’s Bay
We leave ostrich country behind us and continue on the scenic route towards the coast. We can enjoy the beaches and waves of Jeffery's Bay...
Day 11 – Jeffrey’s Bay -> Mossel Bay
Today we start cruising the famous Garden Route on our way to Mossel Bay. In Mossel Bay we will find the Post tree...
Day 12 – Mossel Bay -> Hermanus
We leave Garden Route and cruise down to the most southern tip of Africa, Cape Agulhas. After have seen the border line between the Atlantic and Indian Ocean, we cruise to Hermanus, most famous for sightings of pods of Southern Right Whales during October and November. The tour in February and March is equally spectacular despite the fact that the whales have migrated by this time... winding roads along the picturesque shores of South Africa...
Day 13 – Hermanus -> Cape Town
After a hearty breakfast, we continue our route towards Cape Town and finally return our motorcycles... but not before riding along the coastline, a truly amazing cruising experience. We see the African Penguin and visit Cape Point...
Day 14 – Cape Town
Today we only sample South African wines... We visit between 3 and 5 different vineyards for wine tasting of world class wines... The evening closes with Farewell dinner...
Day 15 – Cape Town
Weather permitting, we take the cable car to the top of Table Mountain. Otherwise, we visit the famous Waterfront and its many restaurants and shops... Transfer to Cape Town International airport in the afternoon to start the trip home...

Route itinerary - Small South Africa
Day 1 – Flight to Cape Town.
Day 2 - Transfer to hotel, welcome dinner in the evening.
Day 3 – Cape Town -> Montagu
We collect our motorcycles and ride through the wine district of Stellenbosch and Paarl on our way to Montagu.
Day 4 – Montagu -> Oudtshoorn
If you want to see ostriches, this is the place, Oudtshoorn, we will visit an ostrich farm as well as the world famous Cango Caves before we arrive to our hotel at the Swartberg Pass.
Day 5 – Oudtshoorn – Jeffrey’s Bay
Leaving all the ostriches behind and continue on Scenic Route towards the coast. Today, in the afternoon, we have the pleasure of enjoying the sea and the waves at Jeffery's Bay.
Day 6 – Jeffrey’s Bay -> Mossel Bay
Today we end our ride on the Scenic Route, but as we start our way back towards Cape Town, we hook up on the classic Garden Route… We end the day in Mossel Bay, where we can find the old post office tree, the first post office in South Africa, "founded" in 1500…
Day 7 – Mossel Bay -> Hermanus
We leave the Garden Route and ride to Africa's most southern tip… Cape Agulhas. This is the place were the Atlantic and Indian Ocean meet… Hermanus is the town we spend the night in…
Day 8 – Hermanus
Like curves… today we will ride some spectacular roads along the coast line… We will visit the African penguins and ride to Franschhoek on some fantastic twisty roads. We spend another night in Hermanus.
Day 9 – Hermanus -> Cape Town
After a hearty breakfast, we start our final day of motorcycle touring… Again, we ride on some spectacular twisty roads on our way to Cape Point. Later that afternoon we return our motorcycles…
Day 10 – Cape Town
A lot of wine… The whole day is spent on different wine farms… We will manage 3-5 of them…
Day 11 – Cape Town
This day is free for everyone, do what you want… Things to recommend are Table Mountain or walk the famous Waterfront to do some shopping or why not dive with Great White Sharks… We end the evening with the farewell dinner and talk about the great memories of this tour…
Day 12 – Flying home
For some of us, this is the final day… If you want, you can add different packages e.g. Kruger Park or Vic Falls in Zambia. Our partner, SW Africa, in South Africa will take good care of you!
